Training on Appreciative Inquiry for Leadership and Organization Development - July 2016

We are delighted to inform you that Appreciative Learning and Development Management (ALDM), Nepal has completed a series of Appreciative Leadership and Organization Development (ALOD) training. Considering the efficiency, effectiveness and growing interest and demand of this training, we are excited to announce this again to be accomplished during 26-29 July 2016 (11-14 Shrawan 2073) at Indreni Complex, New Baneshwor. We assure that this training is not only useful for the present day Nepal but also to the federal concept of the nation in which this will play an instrumental role to develop appealing leadership and innovative organization development.

This training is designed for NGOs, INGOs, Government organizations, Bilateral / Multilateral agencies, UN organizations, Business organizations, Academic institutions, Managers, Coordinators, Trainers, Officers, Consultants and Freelancer leading through a series of powerful learning activities that will enhance human capacities and identify and optimize inspiring cum high performing leadership and visioning skills considering the notion that everyone has unlimited possibilities and potentials to become a dynamic leader and a development visioner.

The training will be highly interactive having the following objectives:

Objectives

  • To develop appreciative/positive thinking, attitude and behavior.
  • To throw light on development, leadership and management greatness at the individual and organization levels for better performance to sustain an innovative and productive organization.
  • To develop appreciative team building and interdependency among participants for institutional capacity building and organizational effectiveness.
  • To throw light on appreciative learning, generativity, spiritual wisdom and personal transformation, and
  • To generate action plan along with commitments of respective organization / individual to optimize the intended vision and action.

Training fee is Rs.20,000 plus VAT per person. Please see the details in the attachment.
