ALDM Nepal

ALDM has several experiences and expertise in Appreciative Inquiry, visionary leadership, appreciative planning, foundation for success, training, workshop, and conference design and delivery, research, book publication, participatory learning and development, human value based education and human resource management etc.

  • Appreciative Leadership and Project Management (ALPM) Training completed at Nepal Public Health Foundation (NPHF), Maharajgunj, 28-30 August 2015.
  • Appreciative Inquiry and Planning for Child Development, Organized by Child Development Society (CDS) in partnership with Save the Children at Patleban Resort, Kathmandu, 30 October 2015.
  • Appreciative Leadership and Organization Development at Kalikot DDC in 8-10 June 2015 and Hotel Indreni Complex, New Baneshwor in 12-15 July 2015.

ALDM has published a new book on "Appreciative Inquiry to Spiritual Wisdom" (a Distinctive Combination of Theories, Principles, Research, Innovations and Practices of Positive Approaches for World Renewal) in authorship of Dr. Chandi P. Chapagain. In the same authorship, ALDM's second edition of "Appreciative Inquiry" in relation to Development Trend, Visionary Planning and Action, Human Resource Capacity Building, Inspirational Leadership, Stress Management, Business Promotion, Education, Wellness Health, and Spiritual Inquiry has gained a height. It also has published another valuable book titled "Human Value Based Education" targeting secondary and college students and anyone who are interested to study value education. Please find the book cover attached as appendix A.1.
