ALDM has conducted several training programs. Some of which are presented here with. ALDM provides highly professional trainers and guest resource person in the training. It often evaluates and continue improves the ability of trainers. One example has been cited here is made at the end of this Health and Business Leadership Training. In this training, participants were requested to evaluate the trainer. The result of the evaluation is in the link that exhibits efficiency, attitude and potentials of the trainer of ALDM.

The trainer also evaluated by the participants during ALDV Training (5-8 August, 2012). The results of the evaluation are found here (English Version) and here (Nepali Version).
